I hit the Elk river Saturday morning. Put in at Sportsman park to do some bream fishing with a buddy who doesn't fish much. We fished from 7am till noon or so. We managed to catch around 25 nice keepers. We probably caught 35-40 total between the two of us. It was a fun day of fishing. Also caught a few channel cat, a couple of small drum and a small bass. All in all, a great day on the water.
